Responsibilities

Manage daily site maintenance: plugin/theme updates, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security monitoring

Support occasional WordPress site builds

Ensure websites run smoothly, securely, and at peak performance

Work closely with the AI & Automation Manager to learn practical development skills for automation

Assist in designing and implementing workflows that connect websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms

Learn how to build and deploy custom AI chatbots for websites and internal tools

Learn to work with APIs, automation tools, and custom scripts that drive efficiency

Support internal projects that enhance reporting, tracking, and operational automation

Required

2–4 years of WordPress experience (site maintenance, custom themes/plugins, site speed, and troubleshooting)

Comfortable in WordPress now but excited about what's next

Think like a problem-solver: you like figuring things out and finding cleaner, faster ways to do things

Have dabbled in automation tools (Zapier, Make, or custom scripts) or at least want to learn

Curious about APIs, webhooks, and how systems connect, even if you're not an expert yet

Want mentorship and structure to grow into a hybrid developer role (Web + AI/Automation)

Communicate well and enjoy being part of a collaborative in-office team (with flexibility)
