Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Zuora
Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Develop integration strategies between Salesforce, Zuora, and other systems using Workato
Partner with stakeholders to define best practices, governance, and technical standards
Provide oversight during implementation to ensure alignment with architectural vision
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system design challenges
Mentor and guide project teams in QTC solution best practices

Required

Proven experience as an Architect in Quote-to-Cash solutions
Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora platforms
In-depth knowledge of Workato or similar iPaaS integration tools
Solid understanding of QTC business processes: quoting, billing, subscriptions, revenue recognition, etc
Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred

US-based; preference for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area
