Trilon Group is an award-winning consulting firm specializing in civil and geotechnical engineering, among other services. They are seeking a self-motivated Civil Project Manager specializing in Residential Development to lead a team and oversee design and construction activities.

Responsibilities

Leading a multi-discipline and highly interactive team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and technicians

Work with developers, planners, builders, and local review agencies to provide dynamic design solutions on residential development projects

Oversee all phases of design and construction activities while helping to develop efficient, timely, and cost-effective solutions for MSG

Qualification

Civil EngineeringLandscape ArchitectureResidential DevelopmentAutoCad/Civil 3DHydraulic/Hydrologic Reports

Required

10+ years' of experience in design and plan preparation, with at least 4 years of residential site development projects

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture

Preferably working as a licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect

Proficiency in independent preparation of Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports

Preferred

Experience with industry design standards, guidelines and specifications (i.e., City of Columbus and surrounding counties, ODOT, and etc.)

Knowledge of AutoCad/Civil 3D grading

Roadway design and survey experience
