The dedicated Professional Services consultant will work with the end user to define specific daily activities and assist with the operation and support of Fortinet products.

Responsibilities
Assisting client staff with day to day Fortinet products operation/ support
Development of methods of procedure (MOPs) for migrations, upgrades and updates
Development of test plans and test new features and/or releases
Verifying configurations and implementing best practices
Performing interoperability evaluation of devices that interact with Fortinet products
Training and knowledge transfer to client staff
Develop and maintain core competency on Fortinet’s product line and technologies
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
Qualification
Required
7+ Years experience in LAN/WAN /Internet consulting, support and/or administration
5+ Years experience with Network Security Products
2+ Years experience with Fortinet products
Solid understanding of security and networking principals and technologies such as: Network Security Infrastructure – Switching, Routing, Load Balancing, WiFi
Security systems – Firewall, IPS, VPN, Antivirus, AntiSpam, Web Filtering, Application Control
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Outstanding oral communication and presentation skills
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
React to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Flexible during times of change
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity
Strong commitment and self-driven individual
Able to travel as needed
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related work related experience
Preferred
Experience working as a Professional Services Consultant/ Engineer a plus
