Traffic Manager
Patriot Motors is a premier locally owned and operated auto dealership in the Midwest, seeking a Traffic/Lead Manager to enhance customer communication and oversee a team of coordinators. The role involves managing department operations, training staff, and analyzing performance to ensure high standards in customer interactions.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily department operations
Recruit and train staff
Understand buying profiles and patterns of typical telephone prospects
Run daily/weekly/monthly reports and track results
Prepare individual “call results reports” for staff
Record and listen to customer calls
Train staff by reviewing recorded/live calls and outcomes
Determine which customers to contact based on current marketing initiatives
Review performance and develop staff
Interface with other department heads
Participate in dealership management meetings
Qualification
Required
Successful track record in Internet sales, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department management
The ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneously
Overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations
Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
High school diploma/GED
Basic computer skills
Must have valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience in training teams and individuals preferred
Dealership BDC experience is a Plus
