Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/2 support, manage accounts, patch systems, document knowledge base

Administers cloud environments, provides technical support, maintains system documentation, and manages IT equipment inventory to support DOE's mission and enhance IT infrastructure

Advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio

Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary

Ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader

Ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives
