They are seeking a Water Tester-Operator II to perform function and water tests on dishwashers, ensuring quality and functionality by inspecting units for defects and verifying proper operation.

Responsibilities

Hook power cord from overhead trolley to pallet, hook attachment cord to frame
Set test box to correct test number
Set dishwasher to initiate function/water test
Install Service Data sheet. Verify that the correct Service Data Sheet is being installed
Test requirements/procedures vary according to model. For model specific or special instructions refer to Job Detail Sheet
Inspect dishwasher for leaks and verify that water drained from the dishwasher
Disconnect trolley and remove power cord from unit. Disconnect drain hose from pallet and attach to the dishwasher
Observe units for other quality or functional defects
Mark traveler acceptable/unacceptable and/or enter defect into Apriso. Route units into repair as required
Install other components as instructed for each dishwasher model

Manufacturing experienceAssembly operationBasic math skillsBasic reading skillsBasic writing skills

Required

Prior experience as a level 1 assembly operator
1+ year experience in manufacturing
High School, GED, or equivalent experience or training. Job requires basic reading, writing, and math skills
Requires continuous walking, standing, lifting or moving light weight material
