This role will be responsible for designing and streamlining data systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the enterprise while aligning data architecture with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases, schemas, and reporting structures
Define and enforce data architecture standards to ensure scalability, consistency, and performance
Organize and optimize systems, processes, and workflows to improve data quality, access, and reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions
Develop and oversee data governance practices, ensuring compliance and security across all systems
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices are followed
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data models, data pipelines, and reporting
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience as a Data Lead, Data Architect, or similar role
Strong knowledge of databases, schema design, and reporting frameworks
Expertise in data modeling, integration, and process optimization
Ability to design and optimize workflows and data processes for efficiency
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business needs
Experience with data governance, compliance, and best practices
Preferred
Experience with large-scale data environments
Familiarity with reporting and analytics methods
Experience working in structured project or program environments
