Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruiting for all roles across multiple disciplines (engineering, G&A, operations, and research)
Source exceptional talent through direct outreach, technical communities, academic networks, and creative strategies
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
Screen candidates for technical fit, culture, and mission alignment
Manage the entire candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience
Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates
Establish best practices and help define Nudge’s recruiting strategy as we grow

Required

Run full-cycle recruiting for all roles across multiple disciplines (engineering, G&A, operations, and research)

At least 5 years of industry experience
Technical recruiting experience, preferably at startups or high-growth companies hiring software engineers, researchers, or hardware engineers
Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent in competitive markets
Strong technical acumen - ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts with candidates
Excellent communication skills with ability to sell both technical challenges and company mission
A self-starter attitude with the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environments
