Responsibilities

Using supported technologies to enhance centralized imaging processes with a focus on document authentication and understanding University admissions and record management procedures
Applying expert knowledge in determining document readiness into permanent record status and validation as part of departmental workflow processes
Providing back-up support for the Director of Admissions Operations and taking a lead role in directing the team's daily processes

Required

Associate's degree or completion of program of 18+ months after high school

Ability to recognize and re-establish priorities, while being flexible
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of co-workers, staff, students, and faculty
