Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business data requirements
Design, document, and validate data models and business logic within Data Warehouses
Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI
Translate business questions into technical queries using DAX and SQL
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high data quality
Develop KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators aligned with business goals
Automate reporting and analysis processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for Power BI users
Work closely with data engineers and architects to ensure optimal data structure and ETL performance
Monitor and troubleshoot data refresh issues and data integrity concerns in Power BI Service

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or BI roles, with a focus on Data Warehousing and Power BI
Proficient in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, and Dataflows)
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas)
Hands-on experience working with cloud-based and on-prem data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, SQL Server or similar)
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (SSIS, ADF, or similar)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
