Mid LevelGreene Resources is seeking a Microsoft Certified Accessibility Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves evaluating workflows and technology usage, developing transition plans, and providing training to enhance accessibility and productivity.

Responsibilities
Evaluate employees’ current workflows and technology usage to identify improvement opportunities
Develop and implement personalized transition plans for recommended tools and solutions
Provide hands-on training, configuration, and one-on-one coaching to ensure successful adoption
Partner with internal IT staff to document processes and strengthen in-house expertise
Recommend best practices to support sustainable digital workplace accommodations
Troubleshoot and adjust tool configurations to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and productivity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in assistive technology consulting or digital accessibility implementation
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR
In-depth knowledge of both legacy and modern accessibility tools
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
Preferred
Background in workflow design and automation
Microsoft certification and/or strong experience with Microsoft accessibility tools
