Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a talented team of project managers, analysts, and consultants
Source, evaluate, and secure high-value land opportunities (raw land, finished lots, trades)
Negotiate innovative deal structures, contracts, and development agreements
Oversee underwriting, financial modeling, and market analysis to guide investments
Drive projects through entitlements and approvals in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Build scalable systems for deal tracking, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in residential land acquisitions with $100M+ in closed deals
Expertise in contract negotiation, legal review, and entitlements
Strong background in financial analysis, market evaluation, and deal structuring
Proven leadership ability to manage and grow high-performing teams
Deep knowledge of MUDs, PIDs, utilities, and off-site infrastructure agreements
Strategic, results-driven mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
