Responsibilities

Apply herbicides and other vegetation control solutions in accordance with federal, state, and company guidelines
Inspect properties to identify vegetation issues and recommend customized treatment plans
Operate and maintain application equipment, vehicles, and tools safely and effectively
Keep accurate service records, treatment logs, and compliance documentation
Communicate clearly with clients to explain services, treatment plans, and results
Follow all company, industry, and regulatory safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
Work independently in outdoor environments, often in varying weather conditions
Support cross-functional teams and assist with other pest management services as needed

Qualification

Pesticide/herbicide certificationVegetation management experienceAttention to detailProblem-solving skillsCustomer service skills

Required

High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain state-required pesticide/herbicide applicator certifications (company-paid training provided)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety
Comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred

Previous experience in vegetation management, landscaping, groundskeeping, or pest control preferred but not required
