Responsibilities

Own execution of the Multicloud capacity planning program in partnership with the database capacity planning team

Work across product, engineering, supply chain, data center operations, and finance to deliver critical initiatives

Analyze Multicloud capacity metrics and trends, forecasting resource needs

Build systems that enable automated, data-driven outcomes

Define and deliver scalable capacity planning processes and OKRs, automation tooling, and operational strategies that optimize for speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency at scale

Drive large-scale, cross-organizational capacity programs and projects

Solve difficult and often ambiguous problems in a collaborative, agile work environment

Lead conversations with designers, engineers, and product managers

Influence partners to arrive at accurate outcomes

Improve systems and processes through automation, tooling, and scalable practices

Lead transformative change and drive stakeholder accountability
