Responsibilities

Be the primary Finance business partner to several of our senior leaders

Drive financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis for these teams, helping us improve our overall financial discipline and predictability

Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and operating efficiency, and work cross-functionally to tackle critical change projects to realize these opportunities

Help us operate the business at the next level of scale through better tooling, self-serve automation, and internal processes

Required

3-6+ years of top tier professional experience

Experience in Strategic Finance, Business Operations, FP&A, or other highly analytical role at a fast growing startup

Familiarity with SQL/database concepts as well as modern BI tools (e.g. Looker, Pigment) is a big plus

High analytical horsepower paired with strong modeling and data skills

Attention to detail and strong strategic instincts

A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity

Excellent communication and partnership skills

A team player with a low 'ego to smarts ratio'

Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week
