Responsibilities

Own execution of our Multicloud capacity planning program, in partner with our database capacity planning team, to ensure customer demand is always met

Work across product, engineering, supply chain, data center operations, and finance to deliver critical initiatives

Analyze Multicloud capacity metrics and trends, forecasting resource needs, and building systems that enable automated, data-driven outcomes

Define and deliver scalable capacity planning processes and OKRs, automation tooling, and operational strategies that optimize for speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency at scale

Drive large-scale, cross-organizational capacity programs and projects to scale Multicloud capacity planning and delivery

Work backward, starting with the customer and product, to solve difficult and often ambiguous problems in a collaborative, agile work environment

Lead conversations with designers, engineers, and product managers, influencing partners to arrive at accurate outcomes

Improve systems and processes through automation, tooling, and scalable practices

Lead transformative change and drive stakeholder accountability
