The role involves working as part of a team to perform preventative maintenance, operate equipment, and ensure safe and environmentally sound work practices.

Works as a team member
Actively pursues development of self and others
Preventative Maintenance - Change oil in all compartments, Grease the machines, Install filters
Equipment Operation - Operate forklifts, Operate overhead cranes - Identify and understand crane control, Verify capacity of equipment used to make the pick, Inspect audible and visual alarms, Inspect area of actual pick, Obtain proper rigging for lift, Select proper picking points, Proper attachment of rigging, Use a tag line if needed, Use proper controls for lift, Maintain proper positioning during pick, Inspect, clean and return crane control to storage area
Computer/Manuals - Be able to identify correct parts in parts book, Be able to read and understand service manual, Have basic Ellipse skills, building & closing W/Os
Works effectively with other crews
Works effectively with other departments
Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work practices
Respects others' work styles and ideas
Hydraulic - Change pumps
