MGM Resorts International is a leading entertainment company seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their Treasury team. The role focuses on managing cash flow, optimizing guest payment experiences, and enhancing financial operations across resorts and casinos.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day cash operations, ensuring proper liquidity across all business units

Support casino and resort payment processes, including credit card acceptance and customer cash access

Monitor and resolve interchange downgrades while driving initiatives to minimize fees

Maintain and enhance vendor relationships with payment processors, gateways, and banking partners

Optimize cash access systems (hardware, software, and fee structures) to improve efficiency and guest experience

Develop and maintain financial and operational performance analytics for Treasury activities

Champion process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, security, and scalability across Treasury functions

Required

Bachelor's degree required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners

Detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement and intellectual curiosity around finance concepts

Preferred

Experience with payment processing/fintech, ERPs, and banking systems
