Responsibilities

Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued

Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions

Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications for an efficient customer engagement

Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful and helpful to others

Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings and store initiatives

Participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends to inspire the customer

Upholds the Anthropologie Home Outlet visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; maintains product tagging standards

Assists leadership team in receiving and placing new product; supports customer in-store pickup order process

Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
