Responsibilities

Own system level products in areas such as post-ramp qualifications and new technology bring up on current platforms
Drive NPI activities during product development phase
Work with cross-functional team DRIs and China OEM/CM team to resolve engineering issues seen from new qualifications, mass production, and field returns
Identify, evaluate, and drive various activities while clearly communicating the risks, priorities and schedules to cross-functional and management team
Partner with NPI EPM team in next generation product development
Respond quickly and clearly regarding changes to overall goals, schedule, and/or architecture
Identify risks, explore solutions, reach consensus and execute mitigations quickly and efficiently

Required

MS Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
In-depth understanding of development and manufacturing process
Experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments

Preferred

3+ years of overall industry experience
Experience in working with China OEMs in high volume production products
Strong multidisciplinary and technical background
Impeccable organizational, multi-tasking, and management skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
