Responsibilities
Lead visual design for digital projects as a creative partner with our clients, using innovative design thinking that puts customer experience first
Conceive, develop, refine, and execute on-strategy, on-time, visual design that delivers on the creative brief and client objectives
Advocate for brand standards and review all work with a critical eye and cultural awareness and sensitivity
Collaborate and foster relationships with multiple clients to present, refine, and champion work, confidently recommending solutions to further the effectiveness of our partnerships
Exhibit the ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects under tight deadlines, meeting all time and quality objectives while complying with regulatory requirements, policies, and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in visual arts, graphic design, or related discipline
3+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or illustration for digital projects with a strong portfolio in diverse mediums and channels
Superior communication and visual art skills, including the ability to conceptualize and originate visual stories and themes
Demonstrated experience working effectively with content providers, UX specialists, developers, and other partners to develop collaborative digital products
Demonstrated personal commitment to designing products that are culturally literate and appropriate, and meet the needs of diverse audiences
Prior experience with Figma
Preferred
Prior experience with Drupal, WordPress, or other open-source content management systems
