This role involves acting as the primary point of ownership for Infor LN Administration and leading architecture sessions while troubleshooting ERP anomalies and assisting with implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities
Acts as the primary point of ownership with the responsibility of Infor LN Administration
Maintains up-to-date product and technical knowledge of the Infor portfolio and roadmap for an industry and horizontal solution set
Leads internal architecture sessions around integration, security, and reporting
Acts as an expert and evangelist for AMES Technology, Digital Transformation
Troubleshoot Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) anomalies and process issues within the Infor LN system
Assist with implementations and upgrades to the ERP system in data migration, data validation, system configuration, table sharing, testing, Classroom Pilot (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documentation
Ensure that data transfers to subsequent support interfaces and aim to monitor Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes to maintain quality and consistency
Works with end users to gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality
Analyze and evaluate reported issues and end-user application requirements to determine optimum resolution
Perform daily maintenance of ERP systems and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or a related field
Ten (10) years of experience in a computer systems analyst occupation
Ten (10) years of experience working with Infor ERP LN Implementations and Development
Five (5) years of experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in client organizations on all phases of the software development life cycle
Five (5) years of experience working with Integration Skills such as EDI, XML, Web Services, Workflow and Alerts, API, ION, and Infor OS
