Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement

Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure product quality and reliability

Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize CNC programming and machining operations

Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams

Utilize MasterCAM and GD&T principles to enhance machining processes

Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies

Participate in new product development and reverse engineering projects
