Responsibilities

Perform executive administration functions, including high-level correspondence, scheduling, briefing preparation, and records management
Coordinate travel planning, meeting logistics, event services, and general office operations
Ensure operational and administrative tasks are delivered with accuracy, timeliness, and alignment to mission requirements
Assist the Executive & Mission Support Lead in managing Task 2 cadre operations
Serve as a primary point of contact for operational support activities, ensuring quality outcomes
Monitor workload distribution, providing guidance and mentorship to staff
Supervise daily operations of the Operations Support Team to ensure consistency and mission alignment
Drive operational consistency across multiple functions and teams
Anticipate executive and mission needs, preparing critical materials and solutions to support leadership priorities
Represent the team in leadership discussions, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with organizational objectives

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated experience in administrative, operations, or mission support functions
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with office management systems, scheduling tools, and event coordination

Preferred

Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal programs
Familiarity with executive-level correspondence, briefing materials, and protocol
Supervisory or leadership experience (for senior/manager levels)
