Enhancing the customer experience through highly accurate transaction processing
Knowledgeably and courteously answering customer questions regarding banking services
Follows bank policies and procedures and adheres to applicable government regulations
Performs a variety of account maintenance duties
May open new accounts
Balances each day’s transactions and verifies cash totals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 months cash handling and customer service experience
Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Ability to accurately process bank transactions and perform basic math calculations
Basic computer skills
