Responsibilities

Assists in preparation detailed reports and presentations for review by all levels of management
Contributes to process improvements and makes recommendations on occasion
Researches and responds to technical accounting inquiries from our business partners
Analyzes and resolves problems using prescribed guidelines or policies
Completes ad-hoc reporting or other special projects as they arise
May act as a resource for associates with less experience
Creates and maintains databases, documentation, and data in a meaningful format
Works independently and receives minimal guidance

Qualification

Financial analysisTechnical accounting (GAAP)Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Microsoft Office proficiencyProcess improvementCommunication skillsAttention to detailSelf-motivationOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a directly related field
Three (3) years in public accounting or industry with reporting, policy, or financial analysis experience
Ability to research, analyze data, and drive appropriate solutions
Ability to work under moderate guidance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Strong attention to detail

Preferred

Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or Master's degree in Finance
Experience within a financial services industry
Certified Public Accountant Licensure (CPA)
