Responsibilities
The staff bioinformatics scientist will serve as a key technical contributor in the design, development, and implementation of bioinformatics pipelines and analytical methods to support MRD testing and other NGS assays
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in NGS data analysis, statistical modeling, and computational biology, with the ability to translate complex genomic data into operationally and clinically meaningful insights
This role will involve close collaboration with wet lab scientists, clinical operations teams, R&D teams, and software engineers to ensure high quality, accurate, reliable, and scalable solutions for patient testing and reporting
Qualification
Required
Expertise in NGS data analysis
Experience in statistical modeling
Knowledge of computational biology
Ability to translate complex genomic data into operationally and clinically meaningful insights
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing bioinformatics pipelines and analytical methods
Collaboration skills with wet lab scientists, clinical operations teams, R&D teams, and software engineers
