Required

10+ years building cloud services for media, gaming, or real-time interactive platforms, with proven success scaling systems to millions of concurrent users

Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture, real-time protocols (WebRTC, SRT), and media processing pipelines

A track record of launching platform services that became market differentiators (experience with monetization systems a plus)

Prior experience working with cloud service providers on media workflows or infrastructure solutions

Exceptional technical fluency - able to debate architecture with engineers while crafting compelling narratives for C-level media executives

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or related technical field
