River Oaks Senior Living is a Cardinal Senior Living facility that is hiring a Receptionist / Concierge for both full and part-time positions. The role involves greeting guests, managing requests, and providing personalized support to enhance the visit experience for residents, families, and guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments within the organization

Receive, sort, and distribute US mail and packages to residents and staff

Copy documents for department heads

Type documents or special projects for directors and administrator

Answer and transfer incoming phones calls

Prepare doctor appointment reminders as needed

Call & verify doctor appointments as needed

Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Attend and participate in staff meetings, projects, special events, committees, and mandatory training as appropriate

Completes competency evaluations for training as required by the state or as assigned by their immediate supervisor, HR Director, or Executive Director

Maintains safety and health rules by participating in training along with implementing and following protocols related to OSHA & CDC regulations and Cardinal Senior Management Standards as required
