Responsibilities

Support the development of wafer probe, test production, and product characterization test solutions for digital power management products under the guidance of experienced engineers
Assist in defining test requirements, creating test plans, and documenting test methods as part of product development
Collaborate with design and development engineers to understand and implement design-for-test (DFT) features that optimize product quality and testing efficiency
Gain hands-on exposure to designing and developing test hardware using PCB tools like Cadence Allegro with support from team members and existing templates
Participate in creating, debugging, and verifying test programs on automated test equipment under mentorship, adhering to company standards
Contribute to efforts aimed at improving the quality and reducing the cost of test solutions through assigned tasks and guided optimization processes

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, with an expected graduation date in Spring 2026
Eager to learn test development techniques for mixed-signal ICs using automated test equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne ETS-364
Basic understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity concepts
Willingness to learn PCB design tools like Cadence Allegro; prior exposure to similar tools is considered a plus
Familiarity with C/C++ or VB programming for engineering-related applications or coursework
Strong interest in learning design-for-test and manufacturability principles while contributing to product development efforts
Excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork orientation, and effective communication skills
This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3)

Preferred

Hands-on experience (through coursework or projects) with electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes, or spectrum analyzers
