Radiation Oncology Research Project Manager
Moffitt Cancer Center is an NCI-designated comprehensive Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. They are seeking a committed Research Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a wide range of translational research projects in radiation oncology, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities
Work closely with and support Radiation Oncology faculty on their translational research projects
Develop strong relationships with internal and external collaborators and facilitate clear communication
Work with Management/Leadership team as needed to develop workflows, streamline operations, and support faculty
Develop and implement research projects to advance departmental initiatives
Provide administrative support to management and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
Masters Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or other healthcare-related field
Must have (5) five years of experience working in clinical, behavioral, epidemiological, and/or equivalent research project management experience in a science specialty
In lieu of a Masters and 5 years, a bachelor's degree in a field of study noted in the requirements and 7 years of experience working in the above specialty fields of research may be considered
Must have strong data management and overall computer skills
Must have the ability to work well under the pressure of meeting mandatory deadlines
Must have good organizational skills and careful attention to detail
Preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Grant and research protocol writing experience preferred
Budget preparation experience
Research or Clinical Research experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
