As a Robotics Field Engineer, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robotic systems while providing technical support to clients and developing software systems that control the robots.

Responsibilities

Install robotic systems at client sites and train clients or end-users on the operation and maintenance of robotics systems
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware or software components of robots
Maintain records of service activities, issues, and resolutions. Provide reports to the engineering team
Design and implement algorithms for perception, localization, mapping, and mission execution
Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of software for improved performance and reliability
Prepare documentation and guidelines for software operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Required

At least MSc in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Strong technical knowledge of robotics hardware and software
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and training
Flexibility to travel to different locations as needed
Strong proficiency in programming C++ and/or Python
Experience with robotics frameworks and libraries, such as ROS2
Experience working on and troubleshooting real robot hardware
