Salesforce CPQ Product Manager
MOGEL is a mission-driven K-12 EdTech company seeking a Salesforce CPQ Product Manager to drive the vision and delivery of the Salesforce CPQ platform. The role involves leading initiatives to enhance the quote-to-cash process, collaborating with various teams to optimize performance, and ensuring the integration of CPQ with other systems.

Responsibilities
Define and drive the CPQ roadmap with cross-functional business and technical partners
Deliver advanced features—configuration rules, dynamic pricing, discounting, automated approvals, and quote templates
Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Architects to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience
Track and improve quote velocity, accuracy, and automation across sales motions
Serve as Product Owner for the RCA initiative, leading discovery workshops and documenting use cases
Assess RCA capabilities against business needs, build the pilot roadmap, and define success metrics
Plan phased rollout while ensuring integration with the broader Salesforce ecosystem and downstream systems (CLM, Billing, ERP)
Create high-quality Epics and User Stories for CPQ and RCA workstreams
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management
Ensure delivery quality with clear acceptance criteria, bug triage, and test oversight
Monitor delivery metrics such as completion rates, defect rates, and scope stability
Act as the primary liaison between Product, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal for quoting workflows
Lead CPQ/RCA roadmap reviews and represent quote-to-cash systems in GTM planning
Partner with Compliance, RevOps, and Finance to align workflows with policies and internal controls
Measure adoption and impact using dashboards, analytics, and user feedback
Create and deliver enablement materials, user guides, and training sessions
Gather continuous feedback to enhance UX and streamline processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA a plus)
5+ years in Product Management or Business Systems, including 2+ years with Salesforce CPQ
Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ architecture, pricing strategies, and quote-to-contract workflows
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CLM, Billing, and ERP integrations
Agile/Scrum experience required
Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce RCA preferred—or readiness to lead evaluation and rollout
CSPO preferred
Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant
