Part Time BCBA

Project Play is on a mission to help children celebrate their unique gifts and reach their fullest potential. The Behavior Analyst position involves providing individualized services, collaborating with other providers, and leading a team of Registered Behavior Therapists to implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Facilitating quality service delivery to help students reach their fullest potential
Providing individualized, compassionate services in school-based and clinic-based teams
Collaborating with other service providers to promote an environment that serves the whole child
Utilizing critical thinking skills to best serve each client and their support system with direct support from a supervisor
Having autonomy over client treatment recommendations to individualize treatment for every client
Serving as a leader to RBTs by providing high quality supervision
Conducting initial assessments, reassessments, or functional behavior assessments in a timely manner
Overseeing a team of trained Registered Behavior Therapists by ensuring implementation of treatment with fidelity and supporting job satisfaction
Collaborating with treatment team to collect data and produce reports to show impact of services and achievement of outcomes
Upholding BACB Ethics code for BCBAs

Qualification

Board Certified Behavior AnalystTennessee State License’s Degree in Special EducationBehavioral change therapyCollaborationCritical thinkingOrganizational skillsPositive attitude

Required

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Tennessee State License as a Behavior Analyst from the Health-Related Board
Processes strong organization skills, a positive attitude, and a hold the belief that all children can reach their fullest potential with the right supports

Preferred

Master's Degree in Special Education or another related field
