Start in 2026 SummerAnning-Johnson Company is seeking a BIM Intern for the summer of 2026. The intern will assist in generating and managing Building Information Model (BIM) projects to support decision-making regarding constructability and project management, while also modeling and detailing large scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities
Assist in generating and managing Building Information Model (BIM) projects to support decision-making regarding constructability and other forms of project management
Model, coordinate, and pre-plan activities associated with projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budgeting parameters
Maintain open communication lines with all working relationships, follow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are being received and understood, and earn and maintain customer’s trust
Uphold the core values of the organization and work to accomplish the mission of the organization on every job
Qualification
Required
Assist in generating and managing Building Information Model (BIM) projects
Support decision-making regarding constructability and other forms of project management
Three-dimensionally model and detail projects related to drywall, metal framing, metal deck, and other specialty construction work scope
Help model, coordinate, and pre-plan activities associated with projects
Ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budgeting parameters
Maintain open communication lines with all working relationships
Follow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are being received and understood
Earn and maintain customer's trust
Uphold the core values of the organization
Work to accomplish the mission of the organization on every job
