Assist and handle client service and related transactions to personal lines accounts
Strictly adhere to Corporate Standards of Excellence and procedural guidelines spelled out in the Professional Procedure Manual
Qualification
Required
1+ Years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
Producer License is Mandatory
Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Fluency in MS office products
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in relative field preferred or equivalent in work experience
