Manage a book of 15+ clients
Support up to 150 individual/business tax returns (excludes S/C corps)
Handle monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Provide guidance on accounting best practices
Communicate with clients and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality

Qualification

CAS/accounting experienceCPAComplex tax returnsFinancial reportingCommunication skills

Required

5–8 years of CAS/accounting experience (public firm preferred)
Strong accounting and communication skills
Experience with complex individual and business returns
Able to manage multiple priorities and client needs

Preferred

CPA preferred, not required
