Knowledge of circuit theory in power electronic circuits, isolated and non-isolated
Perform circuit analyses
Design and lay out PCBs (printed circuit boards)
Use computer simulation and modeling tools to assist design
Find and select power components
Participate in vendor selection process for new components
Create documentation
Qualification
Required

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering required
3+ years in power electronic design
Minimum of 3 years industrial experience in the electronics industry with an emphasis on design for manufacturability and/or a minimum of three years graduate level course work in power electronics with an emphasis on dc/dc converter design
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced and changing environment
Preferred
MS/PhD degree is preferred
3-5 years engineering and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
previous experience with in a Hi-Tech environment is a plus
