Responsibilities
Design and develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, and modern Microsoft technologies
Participate in the full SDLC within a SCRUM/Agile environment
Analyze, enhance, and modernize existing Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases
Develop scalable and high-performance financial system solutions with seamless Oracle database integration
Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
Modernize and streamline existing legacy projects, aligning technical solutions with business goals
Provide innovative solutions to technical and architectural challenges
Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle
Strong expertise in .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor (Server and WASM), C#, Visual Studio, and modern design principles
Advanced proficiency in Oracle database development, including PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database management
Proven experience with Entity Framework and data modeling
Strong knowledge of Crystal Reports and financial reporting frameworks
Proficiency in SAS programming
Skilled in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and experience in project delivery
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automation strategies
Proficient in Bitbucket for version control
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TEMPO, Bitbucket, and Confluence
Experience with Nomad and Consul
Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration across teams
Preferred
Prior experience with Texas State Agencies
