Responsibilities
Seeking licensed advisors with existing, portable books of business OR those seeking to entrepreneurially build a book of business with our team's support
Closing New Business: Direct business development and marketing support from a team with 25+ years winning and working with ultra-high-net-worth families
Deliver a true Family CIO service with tools to unify investments, cash flow, lending, private holdings, and estate structures into one clear framework
Access real-time reporting, forecasting, and scenario modeling while coordinating seamlessly with attorneys, CPAs, and trustees to support UHNW families and business owners
Advisors tap into private equity, credit, real estate, hedge funds, and diversified model portfolios - plus the flexibility to white-label or co-design strategies with our CIO team
Portfolios are built with after-tax performance and cost in mind, with direct access to the investment team for calls, reviews, and allocation insights
Qualification
Required
A financial advisor or advisory team managing an existing book of clients
Entrepreneurial and independent-minded, but looking for a partner to help scale
Skilled in building deep client relationships and delivering holistic wealth management
Interested in aligning with a boutique firm that values brand, culture, and creativity
Actively licensed with Series 65 or 66
Preferred
