Account Executive

Responsibilities

Drive a land and expand sales motion, securing initial wins and growing accounts over time
Operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
Own your pipeline creation as a prolific pipeline builder, leveraging BDRs, partners, and self-sourcing
Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Become a product expert and develop strong knowledge of the manufacturing domain
Multi-thread sales engagements across diverse personas, from individual contributors to C-level executives

Required

3–5 years of SaaS sales experience closing deals with ACV ≥ $50K (software + hardware experience a plus)
Experience selling in the Manufacturing Industry
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
Proven success in land and expand sales motions
Skilled at competing against better-known competitors and legacy solutions
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
