Postdoctoral Research Associate, Predictive Modeling for Mental Health Outcomes
The University of Idaho is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate for a project focused on predictive modeling for mental health outcomes. The selected candidate will work with an interdisciplinary team using statistical and machine learning methods to predict anxiety, depression, and PTSD outcomes, contributing to a collaborative research environment.

Responsibilities
Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team on a Department of Defense-funded research project
Use statistical and machine learning methods for predicting mental health outcomes related to anxiety, depression, and PTSD
Contribute to methodological and/or software development and the integration of machine learning into the project
Qualification
Required
Experience with statistical or predictive modeling as demonstrated by publications in the field
Evidence of strong written and oral communication skills
Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, psychology, psychiatry, computational biology, or related discipline
Listed degree qualification is required at time of application
Preferred
Experience working in one or more of the following areas: Longitudinal data analysis
Predictive modeling/machine learning models
Biostatistics / epidemiological modeling of public health data
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
