Responsibilities

Conduct empathetic intake calls; assess case fit for Workers’ Comp and SSD
Convert qualified leads into signed clients while meeting monthly targets
Manage leads/follow-ups and track metrics in our CRM (Lead Docket)
Coordinate referrals when appropriate; maintain accurate notes and tasks
Share trends and insights with the team in daily/weekly huddles

Qualification

Required

Experience in intake, sales, customer support, or consultative roles (legal/medical a plus)
Excellent communication, active listening, and follow-through
CRM familiarity (Lead Docket a plus) and comfort with fast-paced, goal-driven work
Associate Degree
Include 2–3 sentences on why you're excited about serving injured/disabled workers

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
