Responsibilities

Proactively diagnose and troubleshoot problems and escalate these within the teams you support. This may include fixing issues as appropriate

Add accurate context and reproduction steps to new and existing bug reports

Work with software engineers and QA to develop test plans to ensure projects are stable and have appropriate automated test coverage

Handle deployments and follow-up issues and test failures

Help teams improve observability, monitoring and debuggability of their products

Maintain robust documentation on processes and procedures

Demonstrate technical knowledge that can be used to guide and mentor juniors

Required

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience

Excellent communication skills as a core member of an internationally based team, with a proven ability to develop and maintain good relations and communicate with team members at all levels

Experience with performance monitoring, logging and error tracking software

Experience with automated testing frameworks

Experience with shared code and source control

Exposure to modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React and C#

Must be inquisitive, self-driven and collaborative with a solid work ethic

Preferred

Experience with TeamCity or other build management tools

Knowledge of Rockstar's game titles and a passion for playing video games
