Junior Assistant Brand Manager

They are seeking a Junior Assistant Brand Manager to support brand strategies and marketing activities across multiple brands, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance market positioning across four distinct brands
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, retail, and experiential marketing
Manage both B2B and B2C marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency and effective engagement across multiple audiences, including retail, food service and ingredient channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, QA, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Lead the development and growth of the omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience across all platforms
Oversee Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) websites, optimizing user experience, content, and conversion rates
Manage and enhance Amazon storefronts and Walmart Marketplace, optimizing product listings, pricing, and retail media strategies
Collaborate with agencies and multifunctional teams to implement strategies that drive online traffic, sales, and customer retention
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital channels, leveraging insights to improve online brand presence and sales performance
Analyze Circana (formerly IRI/Nielsen) data to assess market trends, category performance, and competitive positioning
Leverage consumer reviews, feedback, and sentiment analysis to refine brand messaging and product development strategies
Monitor consumer behavior and competitor activity to refine brand strategies
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and make data-driven recommendations
Lead the product innovation value proposition and go to market plan of a specific initiative
Create packaging design briefs, ensuring alignment with brand identity
Work closely with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure all packaging and marketing materials comply with industry regulations
Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches while maintaining compliance with labeling, ingredient disclosures, and safety standards
Develop sales materials, and presentations to support both B2B and B2C sales teams
Collaborate with our sales team, retailers and distributors to drive in-store and online brand visibility. Monitor retail performance and suggest strategies to enhance product sell-through
Strengthen B2B partnerships, providing marketing support to wholesale and distribution channels
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, and quality assurance to execute brand initiatives successfully
Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies
Effectively manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making across departments
Assist in managing budgets for marketing and brand initiatives
Ensure timely execution of projects within allocated resources
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign ROI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1-2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field
Strong multifunctional leadership and project management skills
Strong business analysis skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing analytics tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, or retail
Experience with Circana (IRI/Nielsen) data
Experience leveraging consumer reviews and feedback to drive product and brand strategies
Omnichannel marketing and eCommerce expertise, including managing DTC websites, Amazon storefronts, and Walmart Marketplace
