Responsibilities
Visit customer to clearly understand customer’s need and provide application solutions to clients, tackling formulation and technology challenges
Trouble shooting for internal/external customers, provide technical support to customers and align with regional BD/sales to complete the sales target
Work closely with customers in their new product development projects to help create new product concept
Collaborate with R&D teams to optimize product performance, refine product testing procedures and develop new solutions
Monitor industry technology/formulating trends and competitive products to support products positioning
Participate in industry exhibitions, technical forums, or customer seminars, convey product value to the market as a technical representative
Qualification
Required
Food science/technology/engineering, bachelor degree or above
5 years or above working experience of application and formula development, technical support in food & beverage, food ingredients, sweetener or flavor & fragrance industry
Strong internal and external communication skills
Elaborate strong approach to quickly identify the cause of customers' technical issues and strong problem-solving skills
Familiar with ingredient and end product regulations in the food and nutrition industry
Highly motivated and positive to get work done, and the ability to work independently
Preferred
Fluent spoken and write in both English and Chinese is preferred
Good communication with the global remote team
