Responsibilities
Lead accounting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence
Oversee external contractors and drive the transition into QuickBooks
Advise on business structures, tax optimization, and international expansion
Manage cash flow and banking relationships, optimizing financial strategies
Support cross-border transactions and global entity setup
Prepare the company for M&A or exit opportunities, including due diligence and reporting
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on growth, compliance, and risk management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
10+ years in senior finance leadership (CFO, Controller, or similar)
Proven success in e-commerce models (Amazon, drop shipping, consignment)
Advanced QuickBooks and financial systems expertise
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax compliance, and global finance strategies
Skilled in M&A planning, cash management, and contractor/vendor oversight
Experience working remotely and ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment
