Responsibilities

Build relationships with current assigned customers to provide value and build business share

Be able to prospect to new accounts

Continuously look at new strategies to provide value add to the customers by understanding thier needs and goals

Generate new business for the digital team through past, existing, and new customers

Collaborate and develop strategies with your manager on how to approach different clients to sell digital solutions

Effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organization, suppliers and customers

Make sound decisions, valid conclusions, define and address problems by establishing all the facts and reach out to appropriate management teams for clarification and approvals

Demo and sell the Cooper Electric website, mobile app, and any other digital solutions that have been/will be created for customers

Utilize product and technical knowledge to assist customer with product selection

Reach monthly goals in sales and gross margin

Encourage the use of digital tools across customer base
