Responsibilities

Lead and manage the internal IT team, with a focus on helpdesk operations, user support, and issue resolution

Oversee and maintain all in office technical systems including networking, AV equipment, video conferencing tools, and office infrastructure

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure system reliability, data security, and compliance

Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering, HR, and Facilities to support onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing technical needs

Manage software licenses, inventory, device procurement, and vendor relationships

Evaluate and implement new tools to improve internal efficiency and user experience

Provide tier 3 escalation support and ensure service level expectations are met

Prepare and manage the IT department budget, including forecasting future technology needs

Required

8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity

Strong expertise in managing helpdesk operations and desktop support in a hybrid or distributed office model

Solid understanding of networking, cloud services (Google Workspace, Okta, MDM, SaaS platforms), and office infrastructure

Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and mobile devices in an enterprise environment

Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and oversee cross functional IT projects

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to build scalable, secure, and user friendly IT environments
